I started my career in yachting, but deep down, I knew I wanted something more. I transitioned into psychology, career coaching, HR and leadership training, and now I help yachties like you make seamless, successful career transitions.
I’m a PACFA-registered counsellor with degrees in psychology, organisational psychology, business and counselling. I’ve spent years helping crew move through career uncertainty into work that actually fits who they are.
